In 1991 while working as a delivery person for Cadillac Music in Cleveland, Ohio, Gregory was injured.   He was then presented with the opportunity to work in the company’s shop.  A repairman offered to teach him how to re-felt pool tables.    After this one-time lesson, Gregory practiced re-felting rails from home, and then continued to progress until this highly-skilled craftsman was re-felting all of the pool tables for the company.   
     Mr. Green established his business later in 1991 under the name Green’s Pool Table Recovering, which was later changed to Green’s Pool Table Re-felting and Repair Service.    In 1994, Mr. Green relocated to Atlanta, GA and established his business from the ground floor — with no clients — only tools, a mastered skill, and a vision.  
     In 1998, Green’s Pool Table Re-felting and Repair was incorporated and the name changed to the existing one, Billiards International Corporation.   In 2003, Gregory married Darlene Davis.  She is not only his life partner, but is a great compliment to the business.   Her accounting and corporate business skills have contributed to the success of the day-to-day operations of the business.
